ESA Listed Corals
Elkhorn (Acropora palmata) and Staghorn (A. cervicornis) corals were listed as threatened under the Endangered Species Act on May 9, 2006. These two species are managed by the NOAA Fisheries Service Southeast Region Protected Resources Division.
